The following terms and conditions must be agreed to prior to your order being processed. Please read them carefully. Custom Spa covers and In stock covers are non-refundable and non-returnable. All Sales are Final.

Florida Spa Covers is not responsible for errors in measurements. We highly recommend that you PHYSICALLY MEASURE AND DOUBLE-CHECK THE SIZE OF YOUR SPA. We are not responsible for measurements submitted incorrectly or that are inaccurate. Even if you select a specific model out of our make and model database, you are still solely responsible for the size of the cover. Measurements are based from the spa manufacture. Since we can not verify the accuracy, we suggest that you measure and verify the size of your spa to ensure a proper fit. The dimensions listed are only provided as a reference. Covers may not be returned for size errors that may be in the database.

Color Disclaimer Actual colors may vary. This is due to computer monitors displaying colors differently and everyone can see these colors differently. We try extremely hard to ensure our photos are as life-like as possible, but please understand the actual color may vary slightly from your monitor. By checking the box on the checkout screen you are agreeing that you have read, understand and agree to these terms. There are no returns due to color variances.

Order Processing: 
During the processing period, we are unable to accept any changes to the order itself (shipping address and phone number changes are always accepted but may result in a fee assessed by the shipping company) 

Spa covers will not be made less than the measurements submitted but due to the nature of the materials used, we reserve the right to allow the cover to be no more than 1.75″ larger than the specified size.

If you Have a Caldera or Hot spring Lifter and need plates installed in your new replacement cover. Let us know before placing your order, so we can install them. $55 extra for plates.

Our Spa Covers Are water Resistant, but not waterproof.

Prices shown are for any size/shape cover up to 96″x96″. Covers that exceed 96″ in either direction or require speaker hoods, boots, or special cut-outs, Call Toll-Free 844-382-6837 for a quote.

Standard Production: 4 to 5 weeks until a brand new cover ships out from our factory  (Not Including Transit Time – Shipping Time). All custom orders, including hot tub covers, are shipped based on seasonal volume. We strive to ship within 4 to 5 weeks but during our busy season, our capacity to deliver in this desired time frame can become challenged, leading to delays in delivery. We do our best to stay on schedule but cannot guarantee a delivery time during these times of the year. Delivery of your cover will be Monday through Friday during regular business hours.

Express – Expedited Production: 10 to 14 days until a brand new cover ships out from our factory  (Not Including Transit Time – Shipping Time).

Phone Orders:
We strongly encourage you to place your order through the website. This avoids any discrepancies in measurements, etc. 

If you have an oversized cover or due to circumstances need to place your order over the phone it is the purchaser’s responsibility to review the emailed order confirmation.

If you do not receive an order confirmation within 24 hours please contact the office so we may reissue one. After 24 hours the order is considered complete and correct and therefore we are not responsible for the measurements, hinge direction, color, etc. 

Cancellations:
Each and every cover we sell are all custom made to order per the customer’s request. There are substantial costs involved once we start the process of making your cover. You may cancel your order within 24 hours of submitting your order without penalty. Your order cancellation must be submitted in writing via email to sales@floridaspacovers.com. After 24 hours your order is processed and the production of your cover(s) starts. Therefore, if you choose to cancel your order after 24 hours of submitting the order, there will be a $150 cancellation fee. If you cancel your order via by telephone, you MUST follow up with an email to sales@floridaspacovers.com requesting to cancel your order. Once your order has been successfully canceled we will send you an email confirmation acknowledging your order has been canceled. Without a written email acknowledgment from us in writing your order still stands. This policy is strictly enforced and there are no exceptions.

Shipping:
Your spa cover will be shipped in a box that will be approximately 4′ (H) x 8′ (L) and will weigh between 30-60 lbs depending on the taper and foam density ordered.

The shipment is too large to be sent via UPS, FedEx, etc. Because of this, we ship all of the covers via common carrier, LTL trucks. 

All deliveries are made Monday through Friday excluding holidays. Our freight companies (YRC, or similar) will schedule a time frame for delivery directly with you. This most often is a 3-4 hour window and the times are not actual or guaranteed. Any delivery appointment questions should be directed to the carrier themselves who can be reached at the phone number provided with your shipping notification. If you schedule an appointment for delivery and are not home when the driver arrives, you may be subject to a redelivery fee. 

Someone MUST be present during delivery to inspect the shipment for damage. If you leave a note for the driver, you are authorizing them to leave the cover in your possession regardless of damage. With that, you are accepting FULL RESPONSIBILITY for the cover and will have to file the freight claim directly with the freight company should there be any damage. if the freight company can not get ahold of you to schedule the delivery and they decide to dispose of the cover due to being undelivered, No refund or replacement will be provided. Make sure you provide an active phone number for the freight company to contact you to schedule a delivery date and time. 

All spa covers must be inspected prior to signing the delivery receipt. Look first at the box for any damage. If the box has visible damage, open the box. If the cover is damaged DO NOT SIGN the delivery receipt.

IF THE COVER IS DAMAGED THE SHIPMENT MUST BE REFUSED. IF THE PURCHASER OR ANOTHER PERSON ACCEPTING THE SHIPMENT ON THEIR BEHALF SIGNS FOR A DAMAGED COVER AND THE DAMAGE IS NOT NOTATED ON THE DELIVERY RECEIPT, AN EXCEPTION NUMBER IS NOT NOTED, OR THE DELIVERY IS NOT REFUSED THEY WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR FILING THE FREIGHT CLAIM DIRECTLY WITH THE FREIGHT COMPANY.  

If your spa cover is damaged and you refuse the delivery or you are given an exception number by the driver and the damage is noted on the freight bill, contact our office as soon as possible and we will build and ship a new cover to you within 10-14 business days and file the freight claim directly with the freight company. 

Returns:
All of our spa covers (including our In-stock covers) are custom-made according to the measurements and color preference submitted by you and therefore NON-RETURNABLE. Spa cover lifters may be returned at the purchaser’s expense, in their original packaging, and with all included hardware. A refund will be issued once all contents are verified. Please note: This does not apply to damaged spa covers that have been refused. Please read the Shipping section above for information on how to handle a damaged spa cover.
